John Lewis & Partners Operations Partner interview questions

Had a group interview with 4 other people. We were tasked with creating a new product and how we would promote it before having a solo 20 min interview with the hiring managers.

Big group interview, followed by a one to one fast paced timed (5 min) interview. In the group interview, asked to come up with ideas for a charity event. The one to one consists of a few set questions you are asked and your answers recorded, there's no discussion and it is timed so feels quite intense.
