John Lewis & Partners Operations Partner interview questions

The interview was fine, we were split into groups to see how we work within a team. They also asked us to brainstorm ideas on how to layout a store to fit the Christmas theme.

Very simplistic, relaxed and easy going interview. Was just one stage over zoom, very relaxed process. Communication was very clear and I was updated accordingly as to progress with my application and when to expect to hear more information.
