Applied online, did a few 'tests' which were quite mundane. I then heard back a week later that I was chosen for an interview and needed to do some pre-interview work (2x moodboards). The interview was a group interview and there was 3 of us. They gave us some scenarios and we have to solve them. We then went for out 1-1s. I did 2 moodboards and display ideas I explained these in thorough detail and why I did them. I received an offer 2 weeks later.
