Painless interview process. They stuck to the 30 minute interview as slotted. I had multiple interviews. They asked standard questions like tell us about yourself and why work for Juul?
Majority of it was fair and useful till you get to the only decision maker. Then the all that was done was undone with seconds. Too much power in only one person less teamwork more of a dictatorship
