      Interview

First interview was with a hiring manager. Then my immediate supervisor. Then a panel which included the director of my department. The panel interview lasted about 90 minutes. Overall, it was a casual, relaxed interview.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Juul Labs in Apr 2022

      Interview

I applied online. The interview process took 2 months, and was held via Zoom. I was contacted very quickly and did a phone screen with a recruiter, and was quickly schedule for a meeting with the hiring manager. This is where communication timing began to break down. I was told I was being moved to the next round, which would be 4 different interviewers in one week (ie 3 hours for a final interview round) and to communicate my availability. There was radio silence for two weeks. I was finally scheduled for the final interview round, and then - again - silence for two weeks. I was told they would provide 'actionable feedback' to candidates from the hiring managers, but I was only given the generic "we went in another direction" response . All in all, it was a lengthy process and the last round of interviews could have been combined into a panel - they asked the same questions in each one. If communication has maintained its consistency throughout, this would have been a neutral experience. However, the lack of response over a two month period is troubling from a candidate perspective.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Juul Labs in Jul 2019

      Interview

In total, I interviewed with HR, my potential hiring manager (+1), my Divisional Global VP (+2), a senior manager from another team in the same function, and a senior manager from the office I was interviewing for Overall a pretty comprehensive process, I'd say well planned. Checked all the boxes: fit with immediate manager, corporate/cultural fit, technical and domain knowledge fit, and finally cross-functional fit with organization It went super well until the last interview. The cross-functional senior manager was clearly a stickler for details; he asked for examples, and ended up diving really deep into the facts, figures etc - which I repeatedly said was just reference figures. I gathered I failed him, because I passed the previous 4 and made good impressions, as shared by the HR coordinator. Still, the above were all fine, all part of the process, no biggie, we are all adults. The sting was how fast they threw you to the side once you were no longer essential. HR basically ghosted me, I've followed up at least 4 times in the last month and it always starts with a "Hi!" and when you ask about progress, then the blue tick on whatsapp ~mysteriously~ never appears.

      Question 1

Describe a previous project where you managed a cross functional, cross office complex project.
