      Territory Sales Manager Interview

      Aug 29, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Juul Labs in Aug 2019

      Interview

Multiple steps and phone interviews. Same questions repeated over and over. As a current employee for a competitive company, I felt as if they were pressing me for competitive information about my company's brand launches. After completing multiple phone interviews, I met with a panel interview in person. Same questions as phone interviews. Interview was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I received an email two weeks later saying the position had been filled. I was given no feedback. It seems like the company is quickly interviewing as many applicants as possible and trying to hire the cheapest and least experienced talent that they can find. Beware if you're actively seeking employment since they will string you along and waste your time and vacation days. Considering the negative news coverage related to the industry (respiratory illness and death) and their marketing tactics to underage consumers, I'm glad I didn't receive an offer.

      Territory Sales Manager Interview

      Oct 5, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Virginia
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Juul Labs (Virginia)

      Interview

What a waste of time. 5 different interviews: yes that’s right five! One with the recruiter, one with a senior level manager, another manager, a territory manager, and finally a face to face with said senior level manager in which you have to present a business plan. They have no intention of hiring for these positions. The face to face felt as if they were trying to get free business ideas. This also seemed obvious seeing as that I had worked for a major tobacco company and they were interested in asking me how my previous company conducted business. They never even paid attention or discussed the business plan. I would avoid even wasting your time interviewing. I also think they have enough to worry about seeing as they were recently raided by the FDA.

      Territory Sales Manager Interview

      Nov 26, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Southern Pines, NC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Juul Labs (Southern Pines, NC) in Sep 2018

      Interview

Calls, lots of calls. Probably 9 phone interviews. Supposed to have a webcam interview, it got changed to a phone interview. It wasn't the most difficult process I've been through but it wasn't easy either. It was just a long process. There would be 1-3 week gaps in between the calls as well which was confusing. Every time I felt like I did well on that interview I wouldn't hear from anyone for a few weeks and then I'd get a 24-48hr notice about another call. That was the most frustrating part.
