The interview process included having 2 phone interviews with a recruiter and 1 in-person interview with the school leader who is interested in hiring. The interviews went very smooth. If the school leader is interested in hiring, you will hear back fairly quick after the 3rd interview.

Process took 3 months. I had three interviews with a large handful of school faculty and competed a performance task. After completing everything I was ghosted, even after following up.
