Kaplan Learning Experience Designer - Part Time interview questions

I applied online. A recruiter contacted me through email to set up a phone interview. The recruiter remembered me from the last time that I had applied for the same position. This time it was for the same position but for a different team. A few days later, I received an email that I would not be moving forward to the next phase. This is the second time that it has happened. Seems to me like there could be some discriminatory practices happening here. I have been contacted by better organizations since then. I know now not to apply to this organization in the future.
