Kaplan LSAT Instructor interview questions

There were three rounds of Skype interviews, including a teaching practice so they can get an idea of teaching style. They were very instructive about feedback which ended up becoming helpful as the training continued. The interviewer was courteous and the interview was very conversational, not at all stressful, but the questions can be detailed so it required some preparation in advance.

I was contacted for two interviews. I gave both over Skype and it took about an hour for each. I was asked a few question about my teaching experience and what I could bring to the community. Then I was asked to answer several questions about the LSAT. I answered 2 correctly and one incorrectly however I got the correct answer. Overall if you know how to take the LSAT and are confident they will give you an opportunity.
