Kaplan MCAT Instructor interview questions

Application was normal and all online. They ask you for your test scores, etc. Initial 5 minute teaching session where you have to record yourself, then that is followed by an initial interview with a hiring manager by skype, then that is followed on with a technical evaluation. Took a bit of a while.

I applied through the referral process. After sending in my resume, I talked briefly with the regional recruiter informally, mostly about the position. I had about 5 days to prepare a 2-part 4 minute lesson on one of the MCAT topics (choice of 5 topics). I submitted the video lesson online (can rerecord up to 3 times) and got an invitation for a skype interview the next day. The interview was very informal, with the usual set of questions. Several days later, I was asked to fill out an online application with all the usual info plus 4 reference contact information. A week later, I was asked to prepare for a technical video interview, similar to the video lesson from before.
