I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kaseya (Reading, England)
Interview
I'm purely writing this review (first one I have left and likely the last) because I want to assure people who go through the same experience, it is down to poor practise from Kaseya and not down to you as a candidate.
I went through 6 stages, all very nice interviewers and received positive and constructive feedback from the recruiter, who was really friendly throughout.
I then get put through to the last stage, which is genuinely the most bizarre interview I've had. In total it lasts around 7 minutes, with one of the members of the C-Suite. I'm asked two questions, which were around who I had spoken to before and where I lived. They then get a call from the CEO and leave the call for a couple minutes. I'm then asked one more questions, then the interviewer says he needs to leave and the call ends.
Three weeks then go by and I hear nothing (I did get a call from the recruiter after my final interview asking how it went, where I described the call), so I email the team asking for feedback. I'm then told I haven't made it through.
When asked why this is, or on what count I've been marked against, when the previous 6 (it may have been 5) rounds had gone so well, but this 4 minute call had gone against me, I'm still yet to receive an answer.
In truth, I know that either;
a) the csuite member forgot to give feedback about me
b) the whole team forgot about the process
I would just advise the Kaseya team to consider the time and effort people put in to these processes, and that giving no explanation and a few minutes of a final stage of a 2 month process, isn't good enough.
