Kaweah Health interview questions

Applied online for a position. Kept checking the status online, since you can't call (HR doesn't like it IMAGINE THAT).....1 weeks passed and the status said I was being considered for the position, 2 days after that I was called for an interview. Showed up 10 minutes early and met with the manager. First red flag was there were no interview questions, he just summarized my resume and application. After that, he came out with the truth.....there were no positions available. WHY DID YOU NOT THINK TO CONTACT ME AND CANCEL THEN?!?!?! His explanation was that HR saw there were open times that no workers were scheduled so they put out a posting.... STILL that is no excuse! Bad or lack of communication between departments shows a lot about a company!

Initial communication was with the director of the mental health hospital, the department I applied for. I then set up a phone interview with the director a few days later. At the beginning of the process there were four applicants for the position. The director followed up the very next day to schedule a skype interview the following week with seven executives from different departments. 3-4 days later the company offered to fly me out for a site-interview and covered all travel expenses. The site interview consisted of a panel interview with 7 department heads. Some were the same as the skype interview, but there were a few I had not met yet. It was very casual. They really wanted to get to know me as a person more. I then took a tour of the hospital, and had a lunch interview with the director and a potential co-worker.
