Kelly Recruiting Strategist interview questions

Had a first phone interview. The interviewer asked common questions but didn't seemed prepared and was sort of unprofessional. Followed up and scheduled a virtual meeting with another recruiter on Microsoft teams. The final interview gave me a bad impression of the company. The recruiter wasn't clear and didn't conduct a good interview overall. I could also hear dogs barking as I talked with the recruits on the phone.
