Kforce Customer Service Representative interview questions

I went through 3 rounds of interviews. They were very thorough regarding pay and incentive, but made it seem like making $100K was a walk in the park and a typical average.

Met with a "managing director II Tech Flex" or whatever absurd title he had at a coffee shop. I basically started by telling him I didn't want to go back into staffing but he sold me on it. Then I spoke with another leader with an absurd title, then I met with the team in person. Then I spoke with the exec VP of the department.
