I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kforce (Stamford, CT) in Oct 2012
Interview
Phone screen with HR (typical HR screen. The gal didn't know much about the job but seemed to be asking more personality and salary questions) then in person with the manager of the office. Nice guy but sounds like your typical burn and churn recruiting company. I've interviewed with several in the area and they all seem to be the same. a 12 hour work day is not enticing to me. Also doesn't seem as though they have a solid training program but I could be wrong.

Question 1
Very general questions. How do you deal with adversity? What is a challenge in your last job you had to overcome? Are you comfortable working more than 40 hours?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kforce (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2025
Interview
I interviewed three times with Kforce, once with a Recruiting Coordinator, an Internal Recruiter and two Managers. They were all pretty casual conversations, just talked about my experience and the role itself.
They don't want anyone without closing experience, interview process was good but lots of unnecessary calls, you meet with people who actually work there, seems like ok company but i'm not fully sure
The interview process wasn't terrible. I was a recent grad and showed alot of tenacity which I believe helped me get the job. I was interviewed by multiple team members. Be sure to follow up with the manager with a thank you note
