I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kforce (Southfield, MI) in Sep 2012
Interview
Interview from 2012 was great, the entire team that interviewed me during that time is now gone and has moved into higher level positions at other companies.
The interview process now is done more so by the director and then the team members have input there after. It appears to be a great environment but I would recommend asking a lot of questions and having the compensation package thoroughly explained to you before coming onboard and set your expectations with leadership so you are not shortchanged following your start
easy process and very streamlined. over all it was easy to get hired and they didn't make it extremely long or drawn out. its a good company and they offer benefits as well which is nice.
First round the area VP which was via Teams. That was followed by on site with members of the leadership team including their head of delivery and senior sales staff and lastly with the regional VP
