The interview process was absolutely ridiculous. Over 6 unnecessary interviews to only be rejected at the end. Basically strung along for a month, such a waste of everyone’s time. This is terrible business practice, and needs to be reevaluated.

I applied online. I interviewed at Kforce (San Antonio, TX) in Nov 2017
Interview
Got a screening call the next day after i applied. Was told to the the questionnaire which i know i didn't do so well on. I was told I would meet with 3 people. when i arrived I was directed to a conference room when 5 regular employees came in. They talk with you and ask questions. They're basically trying to see how well you will fit in with the dynamic of the company. They met with 2 of the 3 people and they talked about my resume and I asked ALL the questions so be prepared with questions.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kforce (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2016
Interview
There was a Phone Screen. After the phone screen they called me in the next day for a group interviews. They processed the group interview candidates and called me back in to shadow a current employee to see how the job is and what a day in the life looked like, then answered any questions I had. They took all 3 experiences in to consideration. they look mainly for personality and how you would fit in with the team and the work environment, They like when people do not have previous recruiting experience so they can train you in recruiting their way.
