Applied and contacted by a recruiter instantly. I had a brief 10 minute phone interview with the recruiter. The next step was an onsite interview. The Director of Technology was nice but I got weird vibes. He never let me finish my sentences when he asked the question. He spoke about himself throughout the whole interview. I mentioned Kforce's mission and he replied" HAHA I don't even know the mission, looks like you really studied"..NO? It is common sense to do research for the company you are interviewing for!!! He made me shadow two recruiters in the IT department. I have heard 6 cuss words come out of their mouth the whole time I shadowed them. I come from corporate recruiting. Seeing how unprofessional the employees were really turned me off. This is definitely a place to start out if you are new to recruiting and just want to get your foot in the door. The recruiter called me the Monday after my onsite interview and gave me feedback of why I did not get the job. They are apparently looking for someone with zero recruiting experience and who does not do any research on the company
