The interview process was terrible. It was with a recruiter and she didn't really ask me anything about my previous experience or qualifications other than my degrees. I could hear that she was bored and not interested in really talking to me right from the beginning.

Contacted by company recruiter via LinkedIn to understand level of interest. After resume submitted, assigned to another recruiter for phone interview. The phone interviewer asked canned set of questions very quickly and didn't seem to care about answer at all. It was apparent the goal of the phone interview was for recruiter to provide a group of potential candidates without any duty to evaluate.
