Interview
Interview process was easy and straight forward, few questions were asked. I got a call back about a week later, took a drug screening(pee)/background check and once those were processed i was hired!
The whole process was straightforward and not too difficult. They asked basic interview questions, like naming my 3 strengths and weaknesses. It wasn't too stressful because the director also did a lot of talking. I wasn't expected to just answer a page full of questions.
