I applied online to an open position for Sales Associates and POS Associates. I chose Sales Associate as my preferred position. About a two weeks after I applied, I got a call to come in for a group interview. I was asked to arrive about 15 minutes early to fill out paper work. The morning of the interview came and I arrived early as asked, the paper work was actually another application, just a hard copy we had to fill out. After that I waited to be called in for the interview, there was 3 others and we were waiting in the Customer Service desk area. We were called into the interview and led into a small room in the office part of the store. We were interviewed by the HR Manager and the store Administrative Assistant. The interview went smoothly as they were both very upbeat and friendly. The interviewer asked us each the same question and just went around the table so we could take turns answering. We were all asked which department/position we were most interested in as well. It only took about a half hour and we were done. After the interview, we were asked to fill out more paper work which was a release for them to do a background check and a time availability sheet (you must be available at least two weekends a month). The interviewer was going on vacation the following week so she said we would hear back the week after, so it took just under 2 weeks and I got a call offering me a part-time position in the department that I requested as most interested in during the interview, which I thought was very nice.
