I applied online to Snagajob.com and made sure to drop off my resume in person to the people back in customer service. I called probably five times asking to speak to a manager and the same lady always picked up and would make an excuse on behalf of the hiring manager, explaining that they weren't able to speak with me, but that they would call. Probably a month later, when I pretty much lost hope that they would get back to me, the hiring manager called and asked if I could come in for an interview.
The interview was in a back room, and consisted of three people including myself, so it was pretty chill. Both of the other participants were much older than I (I'm 18) and had a lot of experience. The manager interviewing us would ask each of us a different question, I was asked a total of three questions. It lasted about thirty minutes, and we were asked to fill out information and consent to a background check on the spot. Exactly eight days later, they called to inform me of orientation, and told me I was hired!
