Kohl's Manager interview questions

Had interview with several recruiters. Talked to them several times. then applied to the online job posting. Eventually had an Skype interview. Then several more phone interviews with others that were not able to be on the Skype interview. then an on site interview. It was pretty much what I expected

Made contact with a current employee, scheduled an interview. Scheduling an interview was difficult, system was confusing. Interview itself was very brief (30min) covering my own interests in the company and explanation of position requirements and expectations. The interviewer was very straightforward and direct, explaining some strategies the company had in place over the last couple of years and the opportunities available with up coming growth.
