Interview
I was reached out to after about two weeks and asked to complete two online assessments, both of which took around 30 minutes each. One assessment was personality based and the other involved sequences and patterns. The same day I completed the assessments I was e-mailed and told that they would not be moving further in the process with me.

For the recruiting process, I had to complete some Pymetrics tests. A few weeks later, I received this feedback: my results didn't meet the company's criteria. Although I accept the feedback, I still don't think Pymetrics is the best tool for accurately evaluating candidates and their ability to perform within the company.

Question 1
"Pop some balloons" to measure risk-taking abilities.
I applied online through their website and then I was invited to do a hirevue digital interview, the questions were fairly simple questions but I did not move onto the next round.
Multiple stages, initial online application, game based questions, virtual interview, video interview and assessment centre. Very detailed and clear structure throughout across a period of approx a couple of months
