Interview
After filling out the application, there was a short phone interview with corporate, then they set up an interview time at the store I applied to. She gave me the name of the manager that my interview was with, and wished me luck. At the in-person interview, it was a group interview (as in there was more than one interviewee present) and two managers asked several critical thinking questions, after that, I was given a cheek swab drug test and sent on my way.

Name a time when you had to work with someone you didn't like.
Interview only lasted four minutes. They told me what my salary would be, then asked if I was still interested. Set up a time for the orientation, and that was it.

Face to face interview. If offered job you attend orientation where you submit I9 information, schedule and things like that. You are able to negotiate pay and schedule. No drug test
Come in sit down and talk to a person about your past experiences on different jobs and how it kn relate to your new role at their job while you thinking do u want to work here or not
