job fair at college, recruiter contacted me a week later to set up an interview. Arrived at the interview and found out it was a panel of various management personnel. very intimidating.
Terrible I don’t recommend working for this chain ever terrible work, life, balance, underpaid. Your opinions don’t matter . Managers just don’t want to listen. I don’t recommend this. Simple job though.
Great company to work for. Great bennifits. And great leaders. The training is 3 weeks, currently still in training. Then once you pass you will.go to nother store. A lot of great knowledge is thrown at you.

Tell me.about yourself? They ask for previous experience in handling situations.
Very long and drawn out. Doesn't stay focused on job. Needs a better job interview process . It's a very complicated process and takes WEEKS. I would not want to go through this process again
