They don't really interview you. Just ask a few common simple questions that most employers ask. Once they call you its to hire you and to immediately do a background and drug test.

Interviewer was very knowledgeable and positive. Asked great questions that were relevant to the position. Great at explaining what the position entailed. Best interviewer I've met with. Made me feel very comfortable with the company.

I applied online through Kroger.com and did some survey on their website, then they send me an email about the interview. The interview took very long because they had many people tried to applied for a job. I had the group interview about 15-17 people and they separated people into 3-4 people in 1 group and requested you to do the group activity
