Standard sit down and talk with HR representative and afterwards hiring manager. It was mostly just confirmation that what I put down on my resume was true. They didn't seem interested in most of my past experience, only if I could do the job currently.

I applied online through Kroger.com and did some survey on their website, then they send me an email about the interview. The interview took very long because they had many people tried to applied for a job. I had the group interview about 15-17 people and they separated people into 3-4 people in 1 group and requested you to do the group activity
