Kroger ghosts people after the final round and does not answer emails. The interview in general was easy and they did not ask exceedingly difficult questions during the interview process.

Interview
The interview process was two steps. It included a first round phone screen with two people, and the second round was a behavior/technical interview on teams. The process was fairly easy, and the company responded quickly.

Two rounds of interviews. First was a phone screening, The second was a meeting over zoom or teams asking very standard behavioral questions. No technical questions were asked at all
