Interview
I applied online for Engineering CTP program and about a month later I received an email asking to setup a phone interview with a recruiter. About a week later I was contacted by an HR manager at a facility to setup a phone interview with them and two other engineers. I was asked mostly behavioral questions during both interviews. About a week after the second phone interview they called and informed me that they wanted me to come in for an onsite interview but first the corporate office wanted to interview me before I could come in. While waiting to hear from about scheduling a third phone interview I received another offer that I accepted and withdrew myself from the process.
