I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kroll (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2022
Interview
First round was a pre-recorded video interview, then a super day in person in the office. There were some technical questions, especially in the video interview, but the super day was more behavioral focused.
First round interview was virtual. Was shown interview questions prior to recording my answers, and had unlimited time to prepare before answering. There were quite a few question, though I was able to take as much time as needed to prepare.
Overall average interview including dcf and other valuation approaches focus including precedents and market multiples , overall capital markets knowledge might also be useful including knowledge about what kroll does
Multiple rounds, first phone interview. Then flown into office where we did interviews with some of the team members, then a case study with other interviewees and presented to the team and had lunch after. Later received a phone call.
