Interview
First, students have to register on L&T job ports. After that, they will shortlist students based on resume. Then online technical and aptitude test. Shortlisted students have to go through one technical interview and one HR interview
You will receive a call or email
Followed by Level 1 and Level 2 Technical Rounds
you will be ask all technical details from your previous experiences
Followed by HR round.
Salary Expectations and Negotiations
Should have depth execution knowledge. And focus on activities done be you independently rather than team or whole project members. Try to include your accomplishments and tasks done independently for better selection.
The interview process was averagely organized. The interview was held in their mumbai hq. There was no option for attending online. It was very crowded and was a walk in interview.
