Phone interview followed by a full-day onsite interview where you deliver an hour long presentation and then meet members of the hiring committee individually. The director was nice, but the some of the other search committee members at the Molecular Foundry were extremely rude and unprofessional to say the least. One or two of them were even giving off racist vibes throughout the entire day.

This is a group interview. About 8-10 people in the room. It is only one hour long. People take turns to ask questions. The questions are not very difficult to answer. But the entire process was too long. After the interview, it took many many weeks before you can hear something from them. Especially it is negative news.
