One on one, easy going with no real rigid structure. Manager was honest and showed support no matter the outcome. Even encouraged applying elsewhere within the Leaf umbrella. Only downside was the lack of communication afterward, radio silence instead of a simple offer/denial.

The interview process was through and well executed, and they provide you with all the information on the company and purpose they serve. I would have to say that it was a great interview and onboarding process.
