Most unprofessional experience EVER, sends multiple emails and texts saying to schedule an interview. No availability. SOo I took action and went in to the local office, and met with the Director of Operations and interviewed and accepted a position. Was told a training date of three weeks out, and I finished my two weeks notice at my previous position.
Two weeks go by and no training information was sent, so I reached out to recruiter who said the director of operations would know the training details. I asked recruiter for contact information, recruiter replied immediately saying he sent the Director my contact information. Weekend before training still haven’t heard any training information after filling out all onboarding paperwork.
Fast forward to day of Training: I show up at 8:30 am Monday morning, Director says what are you doing here you are supposed to be at other office two hours away. Director calls other office and says they are sending me up 4 HOURS before training starts, then hops off the phone and says he is parting ways. I asked why and he said trainers in other office sent multiple emails when there has been ZERO communication from anyone.
This company offered me a position I accepted over three other competing job offers, and turns around and pulls this off. There have been RED Flags since clicking apply, LISTEN TO THE RED FLAGS.
