Leidos Project Manager interview questions

Personal interview with Program Manager and Division Manager. I was transferring from a different division to fill an immediate program need. The process completely circumvented the normal HR screening process except for recruiters who were doing internal scouting. The outplacement program for those working on closed programs was excellent in all respects; the losing organization proactively engaged the rest of the company to ensure that all recruitment efforts were shown to employees losing coverage. As far as I could tell this practice has been continued.

Involved several interviews and phone calls. HR was competent and attentive. Staff were cordial. It was relatively painless. Had at least two phone interviews and one in-person. Knew someone at the company, which helped.
