The initial interview was a video call with the recruiter for the role which lasted roughly 30 minutes and was a standard interview where the recruiter shared details about the role and the ideal candidate. The second interview was an in-person interview with the department head which was roughly one hour, and focused on the role responsibilities and my experience. The final interview was in-person with the company CEO and lasted one hour. The final interview focused on my experience and the direction of the company and how this role fits into that.
