Introductory HR Call – An initial conversation with the HR team to discuss background, role expectations, and overall fit with the company culture.
Take-Home Assessment – A practical assignment designed to evaluate analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills relevant to the position.
Technical Discussion – A follow-up interview to review the assessment, dive deeper into the methodology, and discuss core technical and domain concepts.
Final Interview with Senior Leadership – A concluding round with the VP/Senior Director focusing on strategic thinking, business impact, and alignment with organizational goals.
