Through recruitment agencies two times. The first time they reduced the salary before the interview stage, I was confirmed by the recruitment agency I would have an interview for a specific date, I was just waiting a confirmation, I never had the interview and I never knew why. The second time, few months later, through a different recruitment agency, they did the same as first time regarding the salary, they reduced it before the interview stage. This time I received confirmation for interview, but two hours before the interview, I received a call from the recruitment agency as Lexis Nexis requested them to ask me few questions before the interview. I decided not to attend the interview: if it is like that on two occasions before even meeting them, I wonder how it is once you join them. And in my case as working in HR, this way of doing recruitment definitely doesn't make me want to join their HR department.
