I had interviews with 3 different managers in the Finance Department back to back in one day.Some of the questions were intimidating and was not prepared for. Others were more laid back. They will look deeply into your college years and what you have done since then. I was an intern at Lexis Nexis during the process, so I had already an idea of what the job offered. The managers talked about the whole concept of the position and the responsibilities that one would assume. Towards the end of the interviews, it become more casual talk rather than an interview.
