Interview
Had a personal interview with some lower level employees, then another personal interview with a program manager and another employee, and finally a phone interview with the director. The program manager had originally emailed me about the position.

I don't remember much, but they were literally Googling questions to ask at first. Later interviews had more specific questions about the type of work I'd do, though it was somewhat vague.
