Pretty straightforward. I submitted an application online. Within about two weeks, I got an invite for a webcam interview. After that interview (took place about two weeks after invite), I got an invite for an on-site interview after about another two weeks. The on-site interview consisted of pretty straightforward questions and discussions with the office I interviewed with. Everyone was great and it was a decent experience.
Liberty paid for my hotel. However, they didn't reimburse for anything else. They didn't even offer plane tickets or offer to pay for gas (I drove about 700 miles each way). Considering the amount of revenue that Liberty University is pulling in these days, it's disappointing that they don't offer basic niceties to their interviewees.
