The interview process was carried out by three managers, and consisted of a basic "how would you handle these situations", touched on previous experience, and then ended with a test of troubleshooting skills with fixing a laptop issue. This was all after an initial short test to test aptitude in general, and was well conducted. The managers are nice, and did a good job of staying organized.
