The process was unlike any I had experienced previously. The process involved three main components: 1. Submission of application and resume via the school website 2. A Paneled interview- Six interviewers (pens and notepads, folders and post its at the ready) asked me various questions (We were all seated at a rectangular table. I was surrounded. :) 3. The Completion of a Writing Assignment (This task was assigned following the paneled interview. It's purpose appeared to be for assessing my marketing skills and writing abilities, both of which were needed for the position)
