Link Logistics Real Estate interview questions

Initial recruiter interview: the recruiter wouldn't shut up in his attempt to sell Link as an amazing place to work, then when I spent ~5 min. trying to summarize my experience I got the feedback that I "should be more concise in the next interview". Hilarious. Interview with hiring manager: had a good and friendly conversation, although the interview was absolutely lacking in structure (behavioral interviews are hard I guess) and there was zero evidence of any sort of valid or reliable methodology supporting the selection process. Stopped hearing anything for over 2 months and then got an email saying that unfortunately they decided to go with someone else. Nowhere did I read the words "Sorry for the delay" or "Thank you for your patience". In summary, a tremendous waste of time but thankful that I dodged a bullet.

One of the worst waste of times in my entire career. It took me months and they never even told me an outcome. Read the whole thing. --- I had a recruiter call, then a take-home coding test. It took me hours to complete the take-home coding test, but it worked perfectly. I emailed a zip file of the project. They told me that the team was reviewing it and would give me a response within two days. One week later, I checked in and asked for an update. They didn't respond. Two days later, I checked in again and asked if they evaluated my project. They told me that there was a "technical issue" and they're trying to figure out how to fix it. I immediately asked if they needed me to send it again. No response. Two days later, I asked if they needed me to resolve any issues. One day later, they asked me to resubmit my work. I immediately submitted it. Two hours later, they responded, said that they were impressed with my work, and that I was moving forward. I then had an interview with a principal engineer. I didn't receive any updates, so three weeks later, I asked what the status of my application was. They said they would get to me by the end of the next day. They said nothing. I checked in a month later. No response. I checked in two months after that. No response.
