Lionbridge Content interview questions

I received a call from a recruiter at Lionbridge out of the blue less than two weeks after applying. She asked a few questions, essentially a phone screening, and we had a nice conversation. At the end she told me to follow up at the end of the week if I didn't hear from her and that she would contact me to set up a formal interview. I have called her direct line and the main line for the company. Left messages for both. 3 weeks later, nothing. I've given up, but this was incredibly rude. If they were no longer interested a quick email would have been the right thing to do.
