The first round was a phone interview with basic behavioral questions. I was told by the interviewer that I would hear back from them soon but never did. I called the HR department and left a message asking for contaact or feedback (they never pick up their phones) but never heard back. After 3 months the same person called me and asked the exact same questions as before. She called me 3 days later and asked the same questions again. When I told her that she talked to me 3 days earlier, she seemed surprised and confused and after a long period of silence invited me for an interview to their office. The interview consisted of the same questions I answered over the phone + a short language test (find and correct all the mistakes in a short text). They seemed impressed with my interview, told me they would contact me shortly, which of course they never did...

Need grammar and presence of mind. Need to be confident. Seo is important. Introduce yourself was the first and then some general questions were asked. It took me sometime for the Interviewer to get back to me.
