Two different interviews on the same day. You interview at HR first and then with the concierge manager. They asked a lot about how well you know the area and previous customer service experience.

Interview
The first interview with HR was easy. The second with the concierge manager was also great. Another employee was training and observing the interview. They asked a few questions, but it felt really natural to talk to both interviewers.
