I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics (Coopersburg, PA) in Nov 2011
Interview
5 Behavioral + 2 Technical Interviews. Moderate Difficulty. Took 8AM to 5 PM fully.
The interview was arranged via a career fair. The interview started with presenting a project in front of two senior engineers. Another technical interview consisted of some circuits like single BJT amplifier. Some brain teasers. The interview seemed behavioral oriented, though it was for project engineer.
Simple just asked a few questions about basic mechancial and electrical questions. This included some fundamental questions and some design questions. Overall quite easy and the people were very nice and welcoming.

Explain the relationship between voltage and current
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics (Boston, MA) in Sep 2021
Interview
Initial 3 hour technical interview. Took place in two very different parts, so I was not worn out by a constant barrage of questions. Would recommend researching how light dimmers work.
