Lutron Electronics Project Applications Software Engineer interview questions

3 rounds - phone, 2 parts of an onsite - meet lots of people - scheduled based on my very busy schedule. You get asked irrelevant questions to the duty of the job. Perhaps only one 30 minute interview where you actually write code. They were very rude throughout and unprofessional. They would huff and scuff to try and act bigger. They would send cryptic emails. I would avoid this company with a 10 foot pole.
